Is my product eligible for Return?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Special Cases Requiring Immediate Attention
For issues like receiving the wrong item, damaged products (when the shipping box is intact), or missing items in your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos of the packaging and the product. In such cases, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply.
We highly recommend capturing an unboxing video to help facilitate any claims for these specific issues.
Items Not Eligible for Return (Except for Manufacturing Defects):

- Opened or used products
- Complaints related to taste, health issues, etc. (Please consult a nutritionist or the brand directly in such cases)
- Products with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers, etc.
- Free items provided as part of a purchase
- Individual items from a product combo

What happens if I receive a fake product?

At ALL Nutritions, we take pride in directly fulfilling all orders from our own warehouse. This ensures that 100% of the products listed on our website are genuine and directly handled by us. As the official, authorized distributor of every brand we sell, we guarantee that you will never receive a fake product from us. For authenticity verification, you can contact the brand’s customer care directly and provide them with product images or batch numbers for confirmation.
What if the Product is Close to Expiry?
We regularly stock the latest batches of products, receiving new inventory from our partnered brands and importers weekly. This minimizes the chance of you receiving a product that is near its expiration date.
For clarity:
- Products with more than 18 months of shelf life are considered "near expiry" if 4 months or less remain.
- Products with 12 to 18 months of shelf life are considered "near expiry" if 2 months or less remain.
Occasionally, we may offer items that are close to their expiry date in our ‘Clearance Sale’ section, where the expiry date will always be clearly mentioned. Rest assured, we are committed to transparency in all our listings.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our Help Center page and provide details of the issue along with any relevant images or videos to support your case. Our team will review the information and guide you through the next steps.
What is the Return Process?
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to pick up the product from your location. You will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for the pickup. Please make sure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
How will the refund be processed?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For "Pay on Delivery" orders, we will request your bank details and transfer the refund digitally. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

What should I do if the shipping box received is damaged?
If you receive a delivery with a damaged or tampered shipping box, or if it arrives without our ALL Nutritions branded tape, please refuse to accept it (even for prepaid orders) and contact us immediately. We will promptly investigate the issue and either resolve it or provide a refund as needed.
What happens if I get a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?
In an exceptionally rare situation like this, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order completion notification. This allows us to take prompt action with the courier or delivery personnel to resolve the issue effectively.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Once initiated, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your bank to complete the transaction and reflect the refund.
